On April 22, 2006, at the 36th Anniversary Celebration of Earth Day in Cincinnati, Ohio members of Mercy For Animals set-up an educational exhibit exposing the abuse suffered by animals on factory farms and in slaughterhouses. The outdoor exhibit included graphic undercover video footage and eye-catching photo panels detailing animal mistreatment in the meat, dairy and egg industry. MFA volunteers were on hand to distribute free vegan literature and answer questions.
